Memorial Gifts
Memorial gifts are a wonderful way to remember your loved ones and ensures that their memory will live in on our residences, helping to create real, positive change in the lives of individuals and families. Memorial gifts can be made online by clicking the donate button, left. If you would prefer to make a memorial donation by check, please click below and fill out the form to receive payment forms and memorial donation cards to notify friends and family of the donation.
Employer Matching Gift/Automatic Payroll Deductions
If you are making a donation to Providence House, your employer may double the impact of your gift! Speak with your employer about corporate matching gifts, or you can have your employer make a simple payroll deduction to support Providence House.
If your company is involved in the United Way, you may be able to specify Providence House (EIN #11-2594653) as the recipient of your support.

As Providence House continues to grow and change, so too do the opportunities to participate.
